We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our products — many of which are handcrafted, made-to-order, or curated in limited quantities — our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations Allowed

1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

2. If cancelled within this window, you will receive a full refund via your original mode of payment or store credit, as preferred.

Cancellations Not Allowed

1. Orders for made-to-order, customized, or limited-edition products cannot be cancelled once placed.

2. If the order has already moved into the packaging or dispatch stage, it will not be eligible for cancellation.

3. If you choose to cancel after this stage, and the order has already been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to account for handling and transit costs.
