Orders are processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the items purchased. Once dispatched, shipping usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries to remote locations, union territories, or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time.

Domestic Shipping Charges

All displayed product prices are inclusive of GST. Shipping is free across India and shown as ₹0 at checkout; no extra courier fee is charged at delivery.

International Shipping

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address at the time of placing the order.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delivery Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once the order is dispatched. After delivery, all risk related to the goods lies with the customer.
