RETURNS & REFUNDS
At saberaluxe.com, we are committed to delivering an online shopping experience rooted in simplicity, transparency, ease of business, and security. Every product is carefully inspected, securely packed, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth, satisfying purchase.
To maintain this standard, we do not accept returns for products that are delivered without damage or defects. We encourage customers to review our full return and refund policy below to understand the process in case of any rare issue.
Returns – Eligibility & Process
A return request will be entertained only under the following conditions:
1. A wrong product has been shipped that does not match the item selected at checkout.
2. The product has a visible manufacturing defect or quality issue.
3. The product has been received in a damaged condition.
Important: Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged.
How to Raise a Return Request
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery:

Share clear photos or videos showing the issue (wrong item, defect, or damage) along with your order number.
1. Our Quality Team will review your request and confirm return eligibility within 2–3 working days.
2. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup within 2–3 working days, and once the item is received at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 days.
Return Conditions
1. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, along with all tags, invoices, manuals, and accessories.
2. Returns are only accepted for products purchased on saberaluxe.com.
3. Once verified, you may opt for either store credit or a full refund, depending on your original mode of payment.
4. We reserve the right to decline return requests if products fail to meet the eligibility criteria after inspection.
Refund Policy
1. Store Credits (no expiry) are processed within 48 hours and can be used for future purchases on saberaluxe.com.
2. Refunds to original payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, etc.) will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or a cheque issued in the billing name within 15 days.

SABERA is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, damage due to mishandling after delivery, or delayed use of products.
