Every mark on this paduka names an attribute of Vishnu, the preserver. This is not ornament without meaning.

The shankha calls the start of creation. The talwar, Vishnu's sword Nandaka, cuts through ignorance. The chakra turns as the wheel of time. Om holds the universe in one syllable. Shri carries the grace of Lakshmi, inseparable from Vishnu. The Urdhva Pundra, shaped like his own feet, is the mark every Vaishnavite wears in surrender. A lotus rests beneath each foot.

The paduka set is 1 to 2 micron pure silver electroplating over a solid brass base, hand-chased by Jaipur artisans and set on a polished wooden plank. Place it in the mandir, or gift it for a housewarming or a birthday when someone begins a new chapter under Vishnu's protection.
